Reconstituted stone or ‘engineered stone’ surfaces are very easy to maintain.
While the benchtops are heat resistant (not heat proof), scratch and impact resistant, it is recommended that you use a chopping board for cutting and suitable heat pads for hot pots and pans.
For everyday maintenance, we recommend wiping down with warm soapy water or a damp cloth and a small amount on non-bleach, non-abrasive cleaner to gently wipe the surface such as cream Gumption, Jif or Ajax.
Avoid using strong chemicals such as paint strippers / removers, furniture cleaners, oven cleaner, bleach, and chemical with high alkaline PH levels.
